CoverMe x Zumba^® Instructor Prize Draw Terms

Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this prize draw is CoverMe Fitness Ltd, 5 Hyde Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ4 5BW 

2. Eligibility 

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entrants must be Licensed Zumba® instructors who register on the CoverMe App and have a fully live profile (including all mandatory documents verified and active status confirmed). Employees of CoverMe, its affiliates, partners, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter. One entry per instructor. 

3. How to Enter 

To enter, instructors must: 
1. Download and register on the CoverMe App. 
2. Complete all onboarding requirements so their profile becomes live and verified. 
 
The entry period opens on 15th November 2025 and will close automatically 21 days later. No purchase is necessary.  

4. The Prize 

The prize is a Spa Day Voucher worth £250, redeemable at a spa local to the winner’s area. The voucher will be provided digitally or by post at CoverMe’s discretion. The voucher must be used in accordance with the terms of the chosen provider. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

5. Winner Selection 

One winner will be randomly selected from those entrants. The draw will take place within 14 days. The winner will be notified by email or in-app message within 10 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, CoverMe reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

6. Publicity 

By entering, participants agree that CoverMe may use their first name and region in promotional announcements or social media posts. No personal contact information will be shared publicly. 

7. Data Protection 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the CoverMe Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for administering this draw and will not be shared with third parties for marketing without consent. 

8. General 

CoverMe reserves the right to cancel or amend this prize draw if circumstances make it necessary. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
