Simply download the App and upload your venue profile. The CoverMe. team will contact you once you have created a profile.
Once you have an active Venue profile and have received a demo you can start posting cover.

The CoverMe. team checks all instructor’s insurance and qualifications prior to accepting them on the platform. Any instructor un-insured will be frozen on the App.
Ensure your QR code check in sheet is accessible. Once the instructor QR codes in, you will receive a notification informing you they have arrived. Should this be their first visit, you might wish for them to sign additional documents prior to teaching for health and safety.
If you have booked an emergency cover instructor, they will send you an invoice for the class through their app. This will show their bank details etc. Ensure you make the dates they need to submit invoices by clear on your venue information.
If an instructor does not show up, you must mark them as a NO SHOW on the App.
