At CoverMe, we are committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking within our business and supply chain. This policy supports our compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and reflects our wider governance, risk management and supplier due diligence approach. 

Our Commitment 

CoverMe has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in any form, across our own operations and our supply chain. 

Supplier Due Diligence 

We apply proportionate due diligence when engaging suppliers and third parties, including assessing supplier legitimacy, sector and location risk, and confirming suppliers are expected to comply with applicable legal and ethical standards. Due diligence is reviewed periodically where risk justifies further oversight. 

Employee Rights and Reporting 

All employees and contractors work under fair, voluntary terms and conditions, with rights and protections as set out by law. Any personnel, supplier or third party may report a concern about modern slavery or unethical practice, in confidence and without fear of retaliation. 

Concerns can be raised in line with our Whistleblowing Policy. 

Review 

This policy is reviewed annually, or sooner where legal requirements, business risk, or supplier relationships change materially.
